These terms govern your use of Rankomodo, a service by Simplicode (“we”), based in Indonesia. By creating an account or paying for a plan you accept them. Questions go to hello@rankomodo.com.
The service
Rankomodo audits websites you control, turns findings into ranked tasks, drafts fixes on Premium and above, and on Ultimate and Agency applies approved changes to WordPress through a connector plugin. Features per plan are listed on the pricing page. Features may change as the service develops; material changes are announced by email.
Your account
You must give accurate details and keep your login safe. You may add only websites you own or are authorized to manage, and only connect Google, Bing and WordPress accounts you have the right to use. You are responsible for what members and approvers in your account do.
Trials
The free 3-day trial requires owner or full-user access to the site in Google Search Console and is limited to one trial per site. The paid 7-day trial costs US$7 or Rp99.000, is credited to your first bill if you subscribe within 14 days after it ends, and never renews automatically. We may refuse or end a trial when we see signs of abuse; you can appeal by email.
Plans and payment
- US dollars. Card payments are sold by Paddle as our reseller (Merchant of Record). Paddle’s buyer terms apply to the purchase, Paddle handles sales tax, and the plan renews until you cancel.
- Rupiah. You pay each period by QRIS or bank virtual account through Pakasir. The payment fee charged by Pakasir is added to the catalog price and shown before you pay. Nothing is charged automatically; an unpaid invoice gives you 7 days of grace, after which the account becomes read-only.
Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next period. Refunds follow the refund policy.
Changes to your website
On Ultimate and Agency, Rankomodo writes to WordPress only after an approver in your account approves a change set. Each approved change waits 10 seconds so it can be cancelled, and the plugin stores the previous value of every field it changes so it can be rolled back. You remain responsible for your website, including keeping your own backups. Rankomodo does not edit content inside page builders.
Results
Rankomodo checks that a fix went live and reports traffic afterwards as observed data. We do not promise rankings, traffic or revenue, which depend on factors outside our control.
Acceptable use
Do not use Rankomodo to crawl sites you are not authorized to audit, to overload any site, to break the law, or to try to access other customers’ data. We may suspend an account that does.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data that a backup would have preserved.
Ending the service
You can cancel at any time. We may end the service for a breach of these terms after notice where possible. After an account closes, data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. This does not remove consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
