First annual payment
You can get a full refund of your first annual payment if you ask within 14 days of paying.
Monthly payments and renewals
Monthly payments and later annual renewals are not refunded for the period already started, except where the law gives you that right. Cancelling stops the next payment; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Payments in rupiah (Pakasir)
- A refund returns the catalog price. The payment fee charged by Pakasir is not refunded.
- Refunds are sent by bank transfer to an account in your name. We cover the transfer cost.
- We send the transfer within 14 days of approving the request.
Payments in US dollars (Paddle)
Paddle sells USD plans as our reseller and processes the refund to your card. Buyers in the European Union and the United Kingdom also have the 14-day right of withdrawal described in Paddle’s buyer terms.
Paid trial
The paid 7-day trial is credited to your first bill when you subscribe within 14 days after it ends. Other trial refunds follow the rules for monthly payments above.
